The warranty invoice is the guarantee on all your purchases on Onkal website. Terms and conditions: All products are covered by a two-year warranty with the same product agent. It includes phones and accessories that have an agent within the Kingdom. The warranty does not cover malfunctions caused by neglect by the customer, either through improper use or storage not in accordance with the manufacturer's recommendations, such as exposure to sunlight or heat, natural disasters, malfunctions due to using incompatible or low-quality accessories, damages caused by falling or strong vibrations, exposure to dust, dirt, water, liquids, or excessive humidity, or deliberate opening of the product by the customer or unapproved maintenance centers, or wire cuts. The warranty does not cover screen stickers, protective stickers, cases, and covers after use, only the protective packaging that includes the manufacturer's warranty. For customers outside Jeddah, if the product malfunctions in the future, it will be shipped to our address in Jeddah (at the customer's expense). We are not obliged to replace if the warranty conditions are not met. If the product is repaired or replaced by us, it will be shipped to the customer's address at our personal expense. Return and exchange policy: The customer has the right to exchange or return products within 7 days from the date of receipt by returning them to Onkal. Products must be unused, in their original packaging, and the invoice must be kept. (Photos of the product to be returned or exchanged may be requested before reshipping the order). (Refunds and delivery charges, as well as electronic payment fees, will be deducted from the total order value). Free delivery requests outside Jeddah: if the customer does not receive the shipment and it is returned to us, the customer will bear the shipping cost. 1- Smart devices: In case of manufacturing defects, the customer must contact the authorized warranty directly. 2- Electronic accessories: The customer has the right to return all electronic accessories within 7 days from the date of purchase. How to return products: Please contact Onkal customer service to assist you with the return process. After receiving the product, we will inspect it. Once our technicians verify that the product matches the packaging conditions, all accessories are present, and the technical products are checked, approval for exchange or return will be granted or denied. Approval/denial for exchange or return. The replaced product will be shipped/delivered after contacting you to confirm your address. We will not replace a product with a different model unless the original product is unavailable in stock. In such cases, your approval will be requested before preparing and shipping. In case of return, only the purchase price will be considered, excluding shipping and delivery costs. If the return is due to a defect or damage caused by the manufacturer, during delivery/shipping, or due to sending the wrong product, no additional shipping fees will be charged. For other reasons, such as the customer’s need to exchange the product, change of customer’s preference, or if the customer did not receive the order, shipping or delivery fees will be charged to the customer.
